Donations are used exclusively for the support of children and activities within the centre.
Up to 7% may be allocated to cover administrative costs (e.g. accounting, hosting, reporting).

This is a donation, not a purchase. No goods or services will be provided in return.

You have the right to request a refund within 7 days after payment.
To do so, please send an email to donations@supportnet.ee with the subject “withdrawal”, and include the amount, date, and time of payment.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days.

Your personal data (name, email, IP address, payer details) is used only to manage the donation and fulfill legal obligations.
